About Mind Route Hub
We sit between commercial teams and bank credit desks, reading trade finance application packs with the same questions an issuing officer will ask.
Why we exist
Exporters and importers around Bangkok often assemble letters of credit, guarantees, and import facility requests under tight sailing schedules. A missing date, an Incoterms mismatch, or a guarantee expiry that does not track the contract can stall goods at the pier. Mind Route Hub grew from that pressure: a quiet review room on Phaya Thai Road where application packs are checked before they leave the company.
How we work
Our reviewers come from trade operations and bank documentary roles, not from product marketing. Engagements stay focused on the papers in front of us — commercial invoices, transport documents, draft instrument text, and the facility schedule the bank already holds. We write findings in plain language that treasury can forward or paraphrase for the relationship manager.
Values that shape each review
- Bank-facing clarity. Comments name the field, schedule, or clause that needs attention.
- Respect for shipment clocks. We agree a delivery date for findings before work starts.
- Independence. We do not place facilities or earn bank referral fees.
- Thailand context. Practice notes reflect Thai bank application habits and regional correspondent routes.
People
Reviews are led by a small senior bench in Bangkok, supported by document checkers who reconcile quantities, dates, and names across the pack. Client calls are held in English; Thai language support is available for internal schedules when requested.
Visiting us
Appointments and document handovers are arranged at Level 14, 63 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. Many engagements run entirely by secure file transfer when the shipment window is short.
