Refund and Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid engagements for financial audit of trade finance applications and related reviews described on this site. It does not cover bank fees, legal counsel invoices, or third-party courier costs.

Eligibility for refunds

• Full refund of fees paid if we cancel the engagement before review work begins, or if you cancel in writing more than five business days before the agreed findings delivery date and no document review has started.
• Partial refund if you cancel after intake but before the findings memo is delivered. We retain a portion reflecting hours already spent on document mapping, commonly thirty to fifty percent of the fixed fee, stated in the cancellation note.
• No refund once the findings memo has been delivered, or when the agreed rush window has opened and reviewers have been reserved to the exclusion of other work, except where Thai law requires otherwise.

Deposits

Deposits reserve reviewer time against a named shipment or tender date. Deposits become non-refundable within three business days of the reserved start date if you cancel or fail to supply the agreed document index, unless we reschedule by mutual written agreement.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule without charge if notice arrives at least three business days before the start date and the new date falls within thirty days. Further moves may incur an administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows and delayed materials

If a scheduled walkthrough call is missed without notice, the session fee is charged. If critical documents arrive so late that the delivery date cannot be met, we may re-scope the fee or convert unused time to a later engagement credit valid for ninety days.

Work already started and materials

Time spent reading your pack is billable under the partial-refund rule above. We do not purchase goods for clients; therefore product-return rules do not apply. Printed copies we prepare for an on-site session are included in the fee and are not separately refundable.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. Processing times at your bank may add further days.
