Acceptance

By accessing mindroute-hub.digital or engaging Mind Route Hub for a financial audit of trade finance applications, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not request an engagement.

Services described on this site

Pages describing engagements, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign or otherwise accept a written engagement letter stating scope, fee, and delivery date.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and graphics are owned by Mind Route Hub or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written consent. Client documents shared for review remain the client’s property; our findings memos are licensed to the client for internal use and for communication with their bank advisers.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that materials supplied for review are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share them. You remain responsible for bank lodgement decisions, legal advice, and compliance with trade sanctions and export controls.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Mind Route Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delayed shipments, refused instruments, or lost profits, arising from use of the website or from findings that the client elects to implement or ignore. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

No bank agency

We are not a bank, paying agent, or credit provider. Mentions of letters of credit, guarantees, or facilities do not constitute an offer of finance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
